Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Chain Forge at thechainforge.fun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AOB Tech, the operator of Chain Forge.

You may only use Chain Forge if you meet ALL of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where skill-based crypto gaming is prohibited
• You are not a resident of the United States, China, or other restricted territories
• You have the legal right to use cryptocurrency in your country
• You are playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person

We reserve the right to close accounts and withhold funds where eligibility requirements are not met.

Chain Forge is a skill-based puzzle game where players build chains by solving number, colour, shape, matrix and memory puzzles. Outcomes are determined by player skill and speed, not by random chance.

Chain Forge maintains two separate coin balances for every account:

• Real coins — credited when a player deposits cryptocurrency, and from any winnings earned during gameplay funded by real coins. Real coins are withdrawable as cryptocurrency.
• Bonus coins — credited as a free starter balance on signup (2,000 coins), referral rewards, first-deposit match bonuses, Daily Challenge rewards, and any winnings earned during gameplay funded by bonus coins. Bonus coins may be used for gameplay immediately, and become withdrawable once wagered (played) a cumulative amount equal to 3× the total bonus coins granted (a "wagering requirement"). Upon meeting this requirement, the player's current bonus balance is automatically converted to real coins.

The coin system operates as follows:

• New accounts receive 2,000 free bonus coins for practice
• Real coins are purchased by depositing cryptocurrency at a rate of 100 coins = $1 USD
• Winnings are credited to the same balance (real or bonus) that funded the round played
• Bronze and Silver tiers may be played using either bonus or real coins
• Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers require real coins only (deposited coins, or bonus coins that have unlocked via the wagering requirement)
• The wagering requirement is 3× the value of bonus coins granted before those coins become withdrawable; deposited real coins carry no wagering requirement and are withdrawable immediately
• Competition entry (1v1 duels and group tournaments) requires real coins only
• A player's first deposit is matched with a 50% bonus, credited as bonus coins; the deposited amount itself is credited as real coins
• Only real coins count toward the minimum withdrawal threshold and are eligible for withdrawal
• A minimum chain length of 8 links must be reached in a session before a withdrawal can be requested
• Minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 real coins ($10 USD equivalent)
• A 2% processing fee applies to all withdrawals
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts
• The referral programme awards 200 bonus coins to the referring player when a referred user completes their first game session

Chain Forge includes the following game mechanics: Shield Tokens (protect your chain from mistakes), multiplier decay above chain 15, a Daily Challenge awarding bonus coins, and competition modes where a 20% house cut applies to all prize pools.

All transactions are processed through NOWPayments. By making a deposit you also agree to NOWPayments' terms of service.

• Minimum deposit: $5 USD equivalent
• Accepted currencies: USDT, USDC, SOL, ETH, BNB
• Deposits are credited automatically upon blockchain confirmation
• Withdrawals are processed to the wallet address saved on your account
• A minimum chain length of 8 and a minimum balance of 1,000 coins must be met to request a withdrawal
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–48 hours
• We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals
• Transaction fees are the player's responsibility
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses

Chain Forge operates on trust and fair play. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to play the game
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the 2,000 free starter coin bonus
• Attempting to manipulate the leaderboard
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity
• Sharing accounts or playing on behalf of another person

Violation of fair play rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all coin balances without refund.

By playing Chain Forge with real deposited coins, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You can lose your entire deposited amount if your chain breaks
• Cryptocurrency values fluctuate and we are not responsible for exchange rate changes
• Past performance in the game does not guarantee future results
• The game becomes progressively more difficult and most players will fail before reaching maximum multipliers
• You are playing voluntarily and with full understanding of the risks

We are committed to responsible gaming. We encourage players to:

• Set personal spending limits before playing
• Never play with money needed for essential expenses
• Take regular breaks from gameplay
• Seek help if gaming is causing financial or personal problems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or legal compliance reasons.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at a.opatayo@gmail.com. Any withdrawable coin balance at the time of closure will be processed within 14 days, subject to identity verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AOB Tech shall not be liable for:

• Loss of coins or cryptocurrency due to player error
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues
• Losses resulting from cryptocurrency market fluctuations
• Unauthorised access to your account due to compromised credentials
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of coins held in your account at the time of the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of Chain Forge after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
